About AgencyCRM

AgencyCRM is a software tool for managing leads, clients, follow-ups, proposals, payments, retainers and agency workflows.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity under their account.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Use the app for illegal activities
Upload harmful, abusive or misleading content
Attempt to access another user's data
Reverse engineer, abuse or disrupt the platform
Use the platform to send spam or unauthorized messages

User Data

Users are responsible for the data they upload, including leads, clients, files and business information. Users must ensure they have permission to store and use such data.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Plan access is activated after payment confirmation. Prices and plan features may change in the future with notice.

Refunds

No Refund Policy

All payments made for AgencyCRM plans are non-refundable. Once a Pro or Enterprise plan payment is completed, refunds will not be provided. Please review the plan features carefully before making payment. For billing or payment-related issues, users can contact us at info@digifymart.in.

Feature Availability

Some features are available only on Pro or Enterprise plans. We may improve, modify or remove features over time.

Limitation of Liability

AgencyCRM is provided as a productivity tool. We are not responsible for business losses, missed follow-ups, lost revenue or decisions made using the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated terms.
