AgencyCRM helps users manage leads, clients, follow-ups, payments and agency workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Users may upload or store lead/client information. This data belongs to the user. AgencyCRM does not sell user lead/client data.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. AgencyCRM does not store full card, UPI or sensitive banking details.

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers needed to operate the app, such as authentication, database, email delivery and payment processing providers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online system is 100% secure.

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their account data by emailing info@digifymart.in or calling 9569730119.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience, login sessions and analytics.

AgencyCRM may use Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand website/app usage, improve user experience, measure marketing performance, and track safe conversion events such as page views, sign-ups, pricing views, checkout starts, successful payments, bulk import completions and support form submissions. AgencyCRM does NOT send private CRM lead/client data — such as lead names, phone numbers, emails, client names, notes, uploaded file data or support message text — to these analytics tools. Only safe metadata (such as plan name, amount, currency, route path, imported/duplicate/invalid counts) is shared.
