Migration

Move your leads without starting from scratch

Import existing leads from CSV or Excel and continue managing your follow-ups inside AgencyCRM. Most agencies finish this in under 15 minutes.

The five-step import

  1. 1

Export leads from your current tool

Most tools offer a CSV or Excel export. Export every field you care about — name, business, phone, email, service and notes.

  2. 2

    Download the AgencyCRM import format

Use our template as a reference for column names. You don't have to match it exactly — the importer lets you map your own column headers.

  3. 3

Upload your CSV or Excel file

Sign in, open Leads and choose Bulk Import. Files up to a few thousand rows import comfortably.

  4. 4

    Review column mapping

Match each column in your file to an AgencyCRM field. Anything you leave unmapped is simply skipped.

  5. 5

    Import and check duplicates

AgencyCRM normalises Indian phone numbers and flags rows that look like existing leads before they are added.

Migrating from a specific tool

AgencyCRM supports file-based migration. We label each path honestly so you know exactly what to expect — no claimed integrations that don’t exist yet.

Excel to AgencyCRM

CSV import

Save your sheet as .csv or upload the .xlsx directly, then map your columns during import.

Google Sheets to AgencyCRM

CSV import

File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv), then upload the file in Bulk Import.

WhatsApp contacts to AgencyCRM

Manual migration

Export your phone contacts to CSV (or copy the relevant chats into a sheet) and import that file. AgencyCRM does not read your WhatsApp messages.

Zoho CRM export to AgencyCRM

CSV import

In Zoho, use Setup → Data Administration → Export, download the Leads module as CSV, then import it here.

HubSpot export to AgencyCRM

CSV import

In HubSpot, open Contacts → Export, choose CSV, then upload the downloaded file in Bulk Import.

Generic CSV import

CSV import

Any CSV with a header row works. Map your headers to AgencyCRM fields during the import step.

Native integration = a direct connection to the other tool. CSV import = you upload a file you exported. Manual migration = you assemble the file yourself. Planned = not available today.

What the template looks like

A header row plus one row per lead. Only name is required; everything else is optional and can be mapped from your own column names.

  • Phone numbers can include +91, spaces or dashes — they are normalised on import.
  • Unknown status values fall back to “new”.
  • Rows without a name are skipped and reported back to you.

Migration FAQs

Does AgencyCRM connect directly to Zoho, HubSpot or WhatsApp?
No. Migration today works through CSV or Excel import. There is no native two-way integration with Zoho, HubSpot or the WhatsApp API. AgencyCRM does open pre-filled WhatsApp messages from a lead, which is a click-to-WhatsApp action rather than automation.
Will importing create duplicate leads?
The importer normalises Indian phone numbers and flags rows that match existing leads so you can decide whether to skip them. Duplicate detection is available on the Enterprise plan; Pro users can still import in bulk.
Which file formats can I upload?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files with a header row.
What if my columns are named differently?
That is fine. The import step shows a mapping screen where you match your own headers to AgencyCRM fields.
Is bulk import available on the Free plan?
Bulk import is a paid-plan feature. On the Free plan you can add leads manually up to the free limit.
Can someone help me migrate?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp and we will help you map and import your file.
